In the first stages of the goddess awakening within us we will experience rage, anger, distrust of the masculine and mourning for all that the feminine has been put through throughout history, for all of the pain and suffering that has happened in the world at the hand of the wounded masculine. It is in this phase where we reclaim our wild woman and lay aside all of the judgements of the ‘too muchness’ of our raw emotion - the parts of the feminine which have been chastised, rejected or cast away.

We need to remember that this work - this trauma - goes far beyond our lifetimes. The imprint of abuse and (dare I say) the subsequent hate towards the masculine runs through our ancestral lines and in our DNA.

Your reaction is justified, and real, even if you can’t attribute it to something you have a tangible memory of.

Your mothers, your grandmothers, other versions of You across other timelines have suffered at the hands of the masculine. Your rage, your distrust, your hate is justified…

And it’s also not serving anyone to hold onto anymore.

You know you’re here on earth to do great things, but fact is you’re so afraid of what may happen, so you take no steps at all.

It’s likely that deep down, you’re simply afraid of using your gifts as a Lightworker. It runs deep. By deep, I mean past lives deep.

We all have the capacity to tune into the infinite field of knowledge (also known as the Akashic, the soul, or psychic realms) and channel guidance and information. It’s not reserved for ‘special’ people who have gifts that you don’t.

What trips most people up is that they don’t have the framework within which to channel. They are also unlikely to be practicing at least one of the tips suggested in this article, or perhaps they simply do not trust the guidance that is coming through.… All of which can be rectified through practice and patience!

Uncovering and unpacking or remembering our past lives comes at a point in our journey where we are ready for the exploration of what our karmic cycles and patterns are in this lifetime, and also ready for the recognition of our eternal nature. They are access points in which we can determine what patterns, shadows - and also our strengths, gifts - we are destined to face.

The primary function of experiencing or remembering our past lives is to have an access point into the karmic cycles, patterns and traumas which exist here and now for us that we have the potential clear. Learning about past lives gives you an indication of the experiences you have chosen to have in previous incarnations, thus giving rise to some understanding of what you might have chosen to experience in this lifetime.
